Asante offers a low shipping cost to our customers, if your order meets the price range please enjoy our FREE shipping as follows :

  • From $2001 and up , your shipping cost will be FREE ( for North America customers only)

     

Asante values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for products that you purchase directly from Asante. Under this policy, you may return to Asante, within the applicable return policy period, products that you purchased directly from Asante for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling fees.

To return your product for exchange or refund, please goto "My Account" to review your previous orders and click RMA to request an RMA number.

We may email to try to resolve the issue before assigning you an RMA number.

Return Policy

 

For return, there is 15% restocking fee. Return must be in the original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment.

Ship the product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

 No refund for all sales after 30 days of receipt. 

• All shortages and damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

• For defective products return or replacement, consumers must contact Asante within 15 days of receipt. Consumer must pay for returning the defective product. All products found non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if consumer requests a refund.

• Compatibility is not guaranteed. This includes problems with: compatibility, driver/software conflicts, improper installation, etc.
